Stoke City suffered the indignity of losing to Sunderland last weekend (losing to Sunderland?! WHO DOES THAT?) but that wasn't the worst news for the Potters: they also saw influential Chelsea loanee Victor Moses leave early with an injury. Now we find out just how bad it is:
Stoke City winger Victor Moses could face three weeks on the sidelines with a thigh injury, according to Nigeria coach Keshi. #scfc

This is a real shame for Moses, who's been in excellent form at Stoke so for this year. I still think he has plenty left in his career (although probably not with us), and it's been great to see him seizing his opportunity so forcefully. Sure, his time Liverpool was somewhere between 'mediocre' and 'hilariously bad', but as far as I'm concerned that's something to praise him for, not judge him, and I was reasonably pleased with his contributions to Chelsea's 2012-13 season.
Missing any time, then, is tough, and although there's an international break coming up to take a some of the blow off this is still bad news for Moses (and Stoke, I guess, although I care less about them). Get well soon!
