American institution Chevrolet are only set to begin officially sponsoring Manchester United next summer, but that's not preventing them from getting a bit overexcited. So excited in fact, that they produced a bit of a Twitter misfire yesterday:

Or perhaps they're signing a different Juan Mata? One who plays striker, rather than attacking midfield? That could be rather hilarious.
After a few minutes, Chevy FC - again with this inane obsession of putting 'FC' behind anything remotely associated with football? I'm looking at your SiriusXM FC, ESPN FC, et al. - took their tweet down and replaced it with the following tucked-tail one instead:
