Chelsea loanee Thorgan Hazard has been involved in an interesting back and forth between Zulte Waregem and RSC Anderlecht this January, but the Belgian media are now reporting that there has been some resolution to the matter.
HLN just reporting that Thorgan Hazard will stay at Zulte Waregem for remainder of the season. If true, ZW and neutral fans will be pleased.

This really isn't overly surprising, as Zulte had very little reason to agree to the cancellation of the loan just to see their best player turn around and join a title rival. While the player's agent and Anderlecht pushed very hard for a change of club, I'm quite pleased to see that Thorgan will be remaining with his current side for the remainder of this season.
In all likelihood, this be his last campaign in his homeland. He's clearly progressed to the point that he'll be given a more aggressive assignment next season, and that will be far more interesting to watch than seeing him run circles around the Jupiler Pro League for whichever club he's suiting up with. For the remainder of the season though, that Belgian club will remain the same.
