Everton vs. Chelsea: You chose the squad

Here's the 18-man squad as selected by the WAGNH community

Shaun Botterill

It's game day again, and that means we get to find out who the WAGNH wants to see making up the 18 man squad to face Everton. With basically the entire roster to choose from, the nearly 2,300 of you that responded had some tough decisions to make. Here's what you collectively decided:

Starting XI

Petr Cech - There was very little doubt that Petr Cech would be the preferred choice to start at keeper, what blows my mind is that 1.9% of you didn't pick him to be in the starting lineup.

Branislav Ivanovic - The Serb continues to be the preferred option at right back, appearing in the starting lineup on 61.2% of the ballots. Hopefully this trip goes a little better for Bran than his last trip to Liverpool.

John Terry - 65.7% of you wanted to see John Terry leading the defense, which was easily enough to earn him a place in the starting lineup.

David Luiz - A whopping 88.1% of you want to see David Luis Luiz starting, hopefully Jose Mourinho feels the same.

Ashley Cole - Like Luiz, Cole was a no-brainer to earn a spot in the starting eleven. 92.4% of you selected him in your starting squad.

Ramires - We hear loads of criticism of Ramires in the pivot every week, yet 65% of you still selected him to start. I'd assume 65% of you will get your wish.

Marco van Ginkel - The young Dutchman didn't get a majority, but 48.1% of the vote was enough for him to get a spot in Chelsea midfield. John Obi who?

Eden Hazard - Only 71.5% of you want to see Hazard starting the match for Chelsea, which really says something for the depth we currently have.

Juan Mata - 89% of you are sick of wondering whether or not Mata will ever start again, and have decided you'd take care of that today.

Willian - Chelsea have a shiny new toy, and 49.8% of you want to see what he's all about.

Samuel Eto'o - Chelsea have a shiny new toy, and 63.1% of you want to see what he's all about.

Bench

Mark Schwarzer - Like the starting keeper, the backup was a runaway winner. 85.3% of you want Schwarzer as number two.

Andre Schurrle - Chelsea have loads of options in the attacking band, and unfortunately some of them will have to start the match on the bench. 50.3% of you want Schurrle as part of that unit.

Kevin De Bruyne - Chelsea have loads of options in the attacking band, and unfortunately some of them will have to start the match on the bench.  41.2% of you chose the Belgian to be part of that group.

Oscar - Chelsea have loads of options in the attacking band, and unfortunately some of them will have to start the match on the bench. Oscar lost his starting spot to the new guy, but 43.8% of you still want him in the squad.

Frank Lampard - Lampard didn't get enough of the vote to earn a starting spot, but 43.5% of you still want to see him on the Chelsea bench.

Cesar Azpilicueta - The Spaniard is the only defender selected for your bench, showing up on 40% of the ballots.

Fernando Torres - Demba who? Even after Samuel Eto'o took over Romelu Lukaku's spot atop the WAGNH depth chart, Fernando still sits comfortably on the bench with 48.3% of the vote.
