Chelsea have already loaned four player to Vitesse Arnhem, with all of Patrick van Aanholt, Gael Kakuta, Cristian Cuevas, and Lucas Piazon currently registered with the Eredivisie side. A fifth player is about to arrive as well, with Christian Atsu looking like he'll be joining the Dutch side in just a matter of days.
Chelsea don't appear to be done quite yet though, as Sam Hutchinson might be joining the stable of young talent at the Eredivisie side. The following video from Vitesse training is interesting, as you can clearly see Hutchinson watching from the sidelines in the opening moments.
Hutch was pretty good when he managed to stay on the pitch last season, and qualifies as both homegrown and club trained already. His contract expires at the end of the 2013/14 season, although it wouldn't surprise me at all if the club have an option to extend that deal by a year.
For Chelsea to even consider keeping Hutchinson around, he'd need to have a solid season and stay relatively healthy. Should he end up at Vitesse he'd likely get plenty of time to impress, as he's a good enough player already to start at both right back and in the center of their defense.
