Marko Marin's epic quest continues in Spain. The Chelsea loanee was hugely impressive in last year's preseason, and although he struggled with injury when the games that mattered came around, he still left a very positive impression with most of the fans.
So, naturally, it's happening all over again. In his first game with Sevilla, Marko Marin bagged a pair of very well taken goals. You can watch the extended highlights in the video above (Marin doesn't appear until the second half). I wonder if Sevilla supporters will fall in love with him as quickly as many Blues fans seemed to.
Hopefully he doesn't pick up a hamstring problem this time around, because if Marin gets a full season healthy, he'll at the very least be worth something when Chelsea sell him at the end of the year. And hey, he might even turn out to be good enough to force his way into the first team, which would be a fairly grand outcome.
