Milan Lalkovic has just extended his Chelsea contract, but I doubt there were very many fans who thought he'd be kept around with the first team this season. After all, the youngster has had several loan spells now where he's seen little to no time on the pitch.
There's very rarely anything going on in Lalkovic's world that he doesn't share on twitter, and that's exactly how he announced to the world where he'll be spending next season:
It's official now I signed for @WFCOfficial on 6months loan.. Really happy and looking forward to play for this club #wfc #cfc

Walsall is an interesting destination, and it's probably a fairly safe loan. I'd hope Lalkovic is beyond the League 1 level at this point, but after several consecutive spells where he barely saw the pitch, it's probably better to be safe and assure he gets minutes. If everything goes well, we can always be a bit more aggressive in January.
He should do just that at Walsall, as they've lost their entire first choice forward line from last season. Unlike most previous spells, Lalkovic won't be competing with an established group, so he should have a fair chance at startingthe season in the first choice XI.
