Real Madrid wrapped up their season a few hours ago with a 4-2 victory over Osasuna. Despite the goals, the match was mostly a sideshow as all eyes were on Jose Mourinho. And while there's no news (i.e. confirmation) yet of the ex-Chelsea manager becoming Chelsea manager once again, there are some fun quotes from Gonzalo Higuain (scorer of the first goal tonight) to report. Fun, that is, if you're a fan of a team that may need some help in the Department of Goal Scoring Strikers.
Higuaín: "I feel like my time here [at Real Madrid] has come to an end. I need a change of scenery. The decision is made"

Higuaín: "I hope that the club [Real Madrid] does the best for me, and for them"

As David Jaca points out as well, Higuain's future at Real Madrid has been in doubt already, but this is the first time he's spoken of it with such clarity. He wants out and he wants out now.
The question then becomes, where to next? Arsenal have been bandied about and Juventus may have even made an offer already but there could be a chance here for Chelsea as well. It was Mourinho after all who convinced the striker to stay last year.
Higuaín confirms he wanted to leave last season too: "I stayed for the fans, my coach who convinced me and for my team mates".

Jose Mourinho inspires loyalty, perhaps better than any coach currently in the business. Could he convince Higuain to follow him to Chelsea? Should he convince Higuain to follow him to Chelsea? He'd most certainly be cheaper than Cavani...
