First of all,i am a new guy here so hi to all my fellow blues. Secondly, who doesn't like having a 100m on Fifa Manager? This is like more real. I know we have been given 100m and many would like to spend all of it. But I have tried to spend as least as possible.
Also I would like to tell u about my bias in creating my dream summer: 1) I have taken many youngsters instead of experienced players. 2) I love seeing Chelsea players playing for England National Team. So English players are a priority here.
About the EPL and CL squad rules, I think basically it comes down to not having more than 17 non-homegrown players in your squad. so that has been taken care of. Here goes...

Eric Dier - 6m + Kenneth Omeruo - Dier is a future English starter. Can play CDM, CB. Impressive season with Lisbon.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang - 15m - A whole-together different breed of striker. Can interchange with the amigos too.
Mario Gomez - 25m - Fox in the Box. Always at the end of balls. Not Torres.
Andy Lonergan - 1m - Bolton second-choice. Perfect Replacement for Turnbull. 1st choice was Alex McCarthy but too young to start sitting on the bench.
Lazar Markovic - 8m - Simply Superb. Part of my Next-Generation Amigos. Good on the wings.
Jean Paul Boetius - 5m - Has a lot of potential and a lot of speed. Could really become a true hug-the-touchline winger. Again in my Next-Generation Amigos.
Alen Halilovic - 10m - Cannot ignore this guy. Perfect attacking midfielder for the perfect defensive midfielder i.e Ruben Loftus-Cheek.
