The FA handed out some awards today, and their was a Chelsea youngster that was able to take home some silverware. While the FA was passing out awards, they were tweeting the winners for the world to see. Here's the FA announcing the Chelsea recipient via their twitter feed:
The FA #England Awards are back underway after dinner and it's England Men's Youth Player of the Year...

And Stephanie Moore presents the award to the winner, #EnglandU21 and #EnglandU19 star Nathaniel Chalobah of Chelsea and Watford (loan)

The award is well deserved for the young midfielder, who has been one of the best players in the Championship this season and is almost certainly going to be a Premier League player next season. He'll remain at Watford for the remainder of the year, but there is little doubt that he's probably ready for some serious playing time at a higher level.
Congratulations too Nathaniel Chalobah, and hopefully this is simply the first of many awards throughout his career.
