Sunderland vs. Chelsea: First half discussion

The Blues are at the Stadium of Light today for the second time in less than a month, and will need to win today in order to advance to the Capital One Cup semifinal. They'll do so with a largely rotated squad, as Jose Mourinho has selected to rest quite a few of his regulars ahead of next week's showdown with Arsenal. Here are the lineups for today:

Chelsea XI: Schwarzer, Azpilicueta, Cahill, David Luiz, Cole, Mikel, Lampard, De Bruyne, Willian, Schurrle, Eto'o

Bench: Blackman, Terry, Essien, Ba, Torres, Oscar, Hazard

Sunderland XI: Mannone, Celustka, Dossena, O'Shea, Brown, Cattermole, Larsson, Gardner, Johnson, Giaccherini, Altidore

Bench: Bardsley, Ki, Cabral, Roberge, Borini, Mavrias, Dixon
