Chelsea vs. West Brom: You choose the squad

It's time to put years of Football Manager to work, and choose a lineup that will dominate West Brom

Clive Rose

Before every match we ask you to put yourselves in Jose Mourinho's shoes and tell us the squad you'd select if put in charge at Stamford Bridge. Of late, you've been fairly close to what the boss has been selecting, which would indicate to me that you've been mostly happy on the whole.

That said, the Blues looked awful last weekend in a 2-0 loss to Newcastle. Jose Mourinho responded by starting eleven players for whom 100% effort was never in doubt, and the Blues wound up with a fairly comfortable victory against Schalke. Several fan favorites were not involved in that contest, making this particular poll all the more interesting.

Fernando Torres has already been ruled out, so you won't find him as an available option today. Ryan Bertrand missed the last match with injury, but as far as I know is still potentially available for Saturday. Tomas Kalas and Kenneth Omeruo are both training with the first team and available to select, while Marco van Ginkel is still out with a long term injury.

As with that past several times we've done this exercise, we are going to allow you to follow along with the results rather than dedicate a post to a follow-up. Keep in mind that the percentages don't reflect the number of responses an option appeared on, so use the raw totals when evaluating the responses.
