Well, that's not exactly what we wanted to see at the end of the first half. Chelsea had been solid, if not very good, for a majority of the half before some contemptible defending from the visitors allowed Gervinho of all people to level the match.
Arsenal, of course, then closed the half on somewhat of a tear. This after Chelsea had thoroughly controlled the match since its opening exchanges. Should we talk about Torres' lovely volley at the back post? Should we talk about the contributions of Oscar? The young Brazilian had a great opening 45 minutes, in pretty much all facets of the game before picking up a late booking. Still, he's been significantly influential - as has been a fair portion of our side thus far.
Has the equalizer knocked us back a bit? Sure. But we've been the better side thus far, and I expect that to continue. The only thing left to do is to find another goal or six.
