Report: Cesar Azpilicueta confirms Chelsea interest

Last night we had some comments from France about the potential availability of potential target Cesar Azpilicueta, today we have quotes from the player himself confirming that he's aware of the interest being shown by Chelsea. From Cesar Azpilicueta:

I am relaxed and waiting for developments. It is flattering when you have clubs such as Chelsea interested in you, but there are other clubs interested as well. Nothing is decided as yet so let's wait and see what happens.

So nothing seems to be imminent, but we're clearly interested. Azpilicueta would seem to be an excellent compliment to Branislav ivanovic as well as fitting in nicely with the youth movement at Stamford Bridge. With Azpilicueta captaining the Spanish Olympic team, it will be yet another interesting player for Chelsea fans to keep tabs on this week as he plays in the club's back yard.
