Alright, some actual news regarding the Oscar situation that's not come from the fingers of Harry Harris - Fernando Duarte, who's an actual journalist, has just tweeted the following:
Reports in Brazil that Internacional will shortly announce Oscar has been sold to Chelsea.

25 million euro the pricetag. It seems Spur offered pretty much the same money but player saw more potencial at The Bridge

Now, this isn't confirmation, but it's better than what we had a little while ago. Duarte's reasonably reliable, and while I'm still uncomfortable that this is 100 percent done, we should be on high alert. So much for this being slow burn and not really happening until after the Olympics (I am stupid!).
Anyway, Oscar's apparently about to sign for a reasonable-ish price. We'll keep you as updated as we can. In the meantime, check out Steve's great piece on where he might find a fit with Chelsea, or this wonderful profile of the 20-year-old from Brazil World Cup Blog.
