Some odd news out of Poland's camp just ahead of the kickoff of Euro 2012, where manager Franciszek Smuda has apparently decided to stir up the transfer rumour pot:
In my opinion, in a moment [Robert Lewandowski, Jakub Blaszczykowski and Lukasz Piszczek] will be gone from Borussia Dortmund. Lewy is going to Manchester United, Jakub also somewhere in England, Lukasz Piszczek to Real Madrid. They have a goal and they want to grow.

This is interesting on a number of fronts that I'm not sure I can be bothered exploring right now, but the major impact for Chelsea is that if Piszczek goes to Real Madrid I can't see them getting involved in a play for Blues right back Branislav Ivanovic. Not that I thought that that was going to happen anyway, but it's good to see them focusing elsewhere, assuming that Smuda's not just making things up. Blaszczykowski (who goes by 'Kuba' for obvious reasons) might be an interesting pickup for the Blues, though. Chelsea are 'somewhere in England', after all.
