What would you do with the following youngsters this fall (part 1)

I'm finishing up several of the season reviews for our loaned players this week, but it's never too early to start thinking ahead to next season. While the quality of our youth system is getting better, we still have a good number of youngsters that could probably benefit from some more first team experience before making the jump to the first team. The reserve system will be modified slightly next season, but the changes are not yet available to the public. The idea is to increase the benefit to U21 players, so I'd have to imagine we'll see some sort of alterations with that in mind. Chelsea will also add the NextGen series to their youth schedule, so the U18's will likely get more from staying around than in past seasons. Chelsea have quite a few players that they could reasonably send out on loan. What I'd like to know is which of these kids you'd like to see us loan out, and specifically to who?

I've created a form that will give you a few options for each player, and there are things to consider with each option. Playing time and quality of competition are likely the most important things to consider here. If a player remains at Chelsea, you can safely assume they'll be participating in the new reserve setup and youth ranks as appropriate. They'll also be in consideration for the CL group stage and Carling Cup at Chelsea, something they won't be eligible for if they are loaned out.

Chelsea have a lot of players that could be considered for loans, so I'm going to break this down into several posts. I've give you a dozen names to consider today, and I'm fully aware that both Jeffrey Bruma and Tomas Kalas have been loosely confirmed to be returning to their respective clubs from last season. Assume for the moment that you still have a decision to make there, as I'd love to know if you think Chelsea are doing the right thing. As always, feel free to leave any thoughts in the comment section below. Have at it.
