We had some Florent Malouda to Brazil rumours yesterday; now we're getting some more. According to France Football, Malouda has told his international teammates that he's leaving Chelsea for Vasco da Gama:
Tomo's Fra Foot says #Malouda has told Fra team-mates he plans to leave #CFC for Vasco da Gama in Brazil & play with ex-Lyon pal Juninho

This doesn't necessarily conflict with Sunday's rumour that Chelsea have offered Malouda to Flumininse - the Blues could simply be shipping the winger to everyone in Brazil who looks even remotely like a football team. This does look fairly promising, however, and it's far more concrete (if still dubious). Ditching Malouda is a sensible move at this point as the club looks to refresh the squad, and although it's not clear that we'd get much in the way of a transfer fee for the 32-year-old at this point even getting his wages off the books will probably be a good thing.
