Hulk to Chelsea FC: Yes or No?

We've signed Marko Marin. We've signed Eden Hazard. Fernando Torres is staying. We've already got Ramires, Daniel Sturridge, and Juan Mata. Patrick Bamford, Romelu Lukaku, and Lucas Piazon are all ready for some cameos. Gael Kakuta, Ulises Davila, and Kevin De Bruyne are all back from their respective loans. There's also Milan Lalkovic to consider.

If you're inclined to believe the latest rumors, we're being linked to a move for Porto's Hulk for a transfer that will cost roughly the same as our purchase of Eden Hazard.
