Aziz Deen-Conteh, Viagra Salesman

New, comments

I've always had a bit of a fondness for Chelsea reservist Aziz Deen-Conteh, primarly because he has a cool name and he's quite good. He's also on Twitter, which is fairly endearing (although he isn't as fun as the inimitable Milan Lalkovic, who is amazing). Being part of the Twitterverse, however, has its perils:

I don't really want to know what the 'many more discount' drugs are but they sound faintly dangerous. Deen-Conteh's reserve teammate Billy Clifford's been hawking the wares too, which is going to make me think of them both as dodgy medicine peddlers from now until the end of time. Yes, I know his account's been hacked, but it's a lot more fun to imagine them both doing this on purpose as some sort of hilarious side job.

Fun and games aside, it's interesting how footballers are always told to worry about what they say on Twitter. We know that they're given plenty of training in handling media, and that extends to the social media aspect of things as well. But seriously, if they're going to be let loose on the world like this, having someone teach them how to write a secure password would be wise.
