Excellent news for those of you on the Neymar bandwagon - the prodigiously talented Brazilian forward has publicly expressed an interest in move to England and has singled out Chelsea by name. Neymar, of course, was pursued by the club last summer but was advised to continue playing in Brazil with Santos for a little longer to make sure he was ready for the switch to the Premier League. Now, it seems, the time may be right, and Neymar is 'hoping' that Chelsea are still interested in him.
I was very happy about Chelsea's interest because it is a club every player would like to play for, but at that moment the right decision was to stay at Santos. To play in Europe is my dream. I was very proud of Chelsea's interest and I hope to keep playing well so that this proposal can happen again.
I know about these teams; Chelsea, Manchester - to play for them are the dreams of all players. I know about players in England - [Didier] Drogba, [Frank] Lampard, [Steven] Gerrard - these are very good players. I have spoken to Ramires and David Luiz and they say England is a very good country and London is a beautiful place to live.

Neymar hasn't said when he'd like the bid from Chelsea to come in, but the obvious interpretation is that this is something of a 'come and get me' plea. Like I said - very good news for anyone who wants to see him at Stamford Bridge next year, and a much better investment than that other Brazilian we've been linked with so heavily over the past few months.
What think you all?
