Ashley Cole and John Terry start for England against Montenegro with Frank Lampard on the bench. The Three Lions need a point in order to secure qualification outright - Montenegro need two wins from their next two games to knock England off the top spot.

Montenegro: Mladen Bozovic, Miograg Dzudovic, Stefan Savic, Milorad Pekovic, Simon Vukcevic, Vladimir Bozovic, Elsad Zverotic, Mladen Kascelan, Mirko Vucinic, Stevan Jovetic, Fatos Beciraj.

Substitutes: Srdjan Blazic, Radoslav Batak, Milan Jovanovic, Marco Cetkovic, Andrija Delibasic, Radomor Djalovic, Dejan Damjanovic.

England (4-4-1-1): Joe Hart; Ashley Cole, John Terry, Gary Cahill, Phil Jones; Ashley Young, Scott Parker, Gareth Barry, Theo Walcott; Wayne Rooney; Darren Bent.

Substitutes: Scott Carson, Phil Jagielka, Leighton Baines, Frank Lampard, Stewart Downing, Bobby Zamora, Danny Welbeck.

Elsewhere, Jeffrey Bruma starts for Holland in something of a joke lineup against Moldova. Branislav Ivanovic starts at right back for Serbia, Thibaut Courtois and Romelu Lukaku are on the bench for Belgium, Petr Cech faces off against Juan Mata and Fernando Torres, Florent Malouda starts for France and Raul Meireles will probably be playing for Portugal as well. Oh, and the Brazilians are in action too, with David Luiz and Ramires both expected to play against Costa Rica. Got all that? Good.
