Nothing much appears to have happened with the Blues but there were still a number of active clubs. Here's a list of all the Premier League confirmed transfers as the window closed half an hour ago:
Update: Now including some of the moves that were announced after the deadline, notably Stoke's capture of Eidur Gudjohnson and Jermaine Pennant on loan deals. More as I get it, of course.
Updated update: Sounds like someone jumped the gun on Lars Jacobsen's purported transfer from Blackburn to West Ham. In just slightly more interesting news, word out of White Hart Lane is that Dutch international Rafael van der Vaart has signed with Tottenham for £8M, or less than was being asked for Carlton Cole. Football can be pretty funny sometimes.

There are still a couple of moves which could become official soon, including some big names. But this is what we've definitely got. Manchester City offload Robinho, while Sunderland break their transfer record by paying more than £13M for Ghanaian star Asamoah Gyan. Meanwhile, Birmingham City kept themselves busy with three fairly major additions, and Liverpool made a swap deal with Fulham for left-back Paul Konchelsky.
