Frank Lampard, who was due to make his fourth start of the season this weekend against Sunderland, will be out of action for another 'two to three' weeks after suffering a fresh injury during training today. The England midfielder picked up a groin injury which is apparently unrelated to his his hernia problem or his 'pulling an unspecified tendon off the bone' problem. Alex will also not be fit to face Sunderland with a knee problem.
