Forty-Nine and Counting

Chelsea's last defeat at Stamford Bridge in the Premiership was by Arsenal who won 2-1 on 21 February 2004. Since then the team has gone on an amazing run which has seen them remain unbeaten at Stamford Bridge for FORTY-NINE (49) Premiership matches.

In that time Claudio Ranieri got Chelsea to the Champions League for the second year in succession, Jose Mourinho became the new coach and won TWO Premiership titles and the team are currently joint top of the Premiership with Man Utd.

There are some wonderful memories in the list notably the games against Charlton (w1-0) in 2005 when Chelsea lifted their first Premiership title and in 2006 against Man Utd (w3-0) when the title was lifted for the second successive season.
