MariNO?

As a Chelsea fan i have had to sit and watch the dismal performances of front man for the Blues, for the last 2 to 3 years and finally Chelsea look to have found an answer In Diego Costa. Could he be the answer to all are prayers so far so good a very strong pre-season great things said about him from manger and players saying that they have bin surprised by him in a great way , and he started with a goal away at Burnley on on opening week .

So far so good but if the worse was to happen and Costa could be injured or not the answer we have Drogba and dare i say it .....Torres! ( Que hallelujah sounds) Uh No...

Any way so far Didier has not really show much of any think so there is a question mark hanging over his head, cant count on Didier being the solution on a week in week out front prolific front man (might be wrong time will tell), Torres at this point is being reduced to being a left sided wing man and his work rate is fantastic and a fan favorite at the bridge but as we all know he has failed to live up to the 50 Million pound price tag which has some what haunted him for his time at the bridge.

Jose seems to like him and his work ethic enough to want to keep him around, however personally when you look at him sometimes he just looks like he is indeed of a mental break and atletico Madrid could have been the answer to all are prayers but Like it has so far (Courtois Luiz Costa) but looks as if that boat has sailed.

Then we get to the Romelu Lukaku transfer which to say i was disappointed in him (mainly and the club) would be a understatement, not for the eventually 28 million pound fee but he lack of desire to fight for a place. And chelsea for not keeping him last year when as we all know he could have had enough of a in-pack that could have one us 3/4 more games possibly winning us the title, he looked very good during the pre season last year and against villa he was disruptive when he came on (Bayern was one to forget) and seems like Jose would Bleed him in with squad during the season but eventually ending up at Everton were they turned his head and sold his summer.

Now that leaves us with the impeding tranfer of won Mario Balotelli to Liverpool ERRR... for a amazing 16 million i for one am shocked at that fee, especially when you take in the fact that Romelu went for 28M.

Now the question on Liverpool fans Boo! and other interested fans Minds is,

Is Mario Worth the risk? .

On talent yes , on child like behavior and attitude and track record its has to be a no, But has he turned a new leaf i you read in to what Andrea Pirlo said recently

Pirlo said: 'Mario has matured since he has been back in Italy. He will be the first to admit when he was younger he made some mistakes - but he is not that player anymore.

'Anybody who still talks about him in that way is living in the past.'

Then that is a risk personally i would sign up for, but for how long can the fairy-tale last and is he a new man.

Chelsea at this moment seem to have a great thing going in terms of team chemistry and great felling around the club and is moving in a incredibly positive direction. Mario could or could not be the one to change all of that just so that we can have a great 2nd choice front man.

MariNo? Or Maybe.
