The £150 million question

We did this last summer and I thought I was fun yet interesting, so why not try it again.

It is May 31, 2014 and you just got hired to be the new manager of Chelsea FC (congratulations!) and, per Jake's article, have a £150 million transfer kitty to work with. What do you do?

What formation will you use next season? Who would you sell? Who would you buy? WHY?

Keep in mind all transfer spending must be reasonable; you can't spend £15 mil and get Luke Shaw and you can't sell Victor Moses for £20 mil.

I'll post my answer in the comments section below shortly and hope you guys do the same, this ended up being a lot of fun last summer.

Cheers!
