Here are all the players done till now:
First thread: WAGNH Evaluations
Conclusion: While he is a brilliant counter attacking option, he needs to improve on his technical ability to remain a starter. He also needs to work on his discipline and decision-making while he needs to improve his consistency and weed out theatrics from his game.
Ramires's average rating: 6.5.
Conclusion: Schürrle has had a solid first season at the club. He has all the right tools to succeed in the club. He has a few flaws but with his attitude and hunger, he can easily correct all the deficiencies in his game. Bulking up, being more consistent and not drifting out of games are three big flaws in his game, on which he can improve. Being 23 (yes, only 23), he has time on his side. Can be an important player for Germany and Chelsea - as a starter and/or as a game changing substitute. He'll be a cult hero at this rate, if he isn't already.
Schurrle's average rating: 7.5.
Conclusion: Willian has had a decent first season for Chelsea. He has the ability to be an important player for Chelsea but right now his end product and inconsistency are pegging him back. That will improve, as now he is adapted better to England, after coming from Ukraine and Russia. He is a terrific player for big games while he has the ability to break down defensive teams.
Willian's average rating: 7.2.
Conclusion: Cahill has been one of the shining lights of Mourinho's first season. He has shown a massive improvement and his partnership with Terry is brilliant. However, Terry hides his weaknesses well which show up with aggressive centre-back partners and Cahill will have to improve in that regard if he is to keep a starting spot in the post-Terry era.
Cahill's average rating: 8.0.
Conclusion: Oscar is one of the finest talents in Chelsea. He has frightening potential, incredible intelligence and defensive ability, good stamina along with being brilliant on the ball. His consistency, lack of goals/assists are holding him back. He also needs to be rested and not overworked at such a young age. The community is divided however on whether he fits better as a number 10 or in a midfield three.
Oscar's average rating: 7.5.
