Poaching Relegated Talent.

Every year 3 teams get relegated from Premier league into championship. These teams often consist of players who belong in the top tier of English football, and hence are often poached away by top level teams
I did a similar post last season where I suggested that Chelsea could look into some of the players that were relegated last season. The likes of Kone, Remy and a few youngsters of Reading could have provided a cheap alternatives to increase our depth. But frankly, the teams that have been relegated this season have very ordinary squads and no one really stands out as 'talent'
Cardiff and Fulham probably had the worst squads in the PL this season, and apart from maybe Steven Caulker nobody really stands out as a PL caliber player. Normally a decent young English defender available on a cheap would attract some interest from big clubs. But given the amount of young talent we possess in the position with Kalas, Omeruo and Zouma I don't really see Chelsea going for Caulker.
This leaves us with Norwich who have a few decent players on their books. I must admit i haven't watched Norwich play as often as i have watched others ( I am sure i am not the only one), but with the little i have seen of them few players stand out in their squad. Snodgrass is the star of their team, a pacy, strong tricky winger, dangerous from dead ball situation has been their most consistent and creative player in top flight. Snodgrass is a player who deserves to stay in PL but he plays in a position where we have better and younger players. Hence, i see him getting poached by some mid table team like Swansea or West Ham.
Nathan Redmond was suppose to be the next big thing of English football along with Zaha. But we all know what the 'Next big thing of English Football' really means. Another pacy winger possessing of some trickery, Redmond has shown glimpses of brilliance albeit a bit sporadically. But i do expect him to be picked by middle to lower table PL teams.
This leaves us with Leroy Fer. I have to admit Fer has really impressed me whenever i have watched him play. A strong Central Midfielder who is good on the ball. He along with Snodgrass were the main threat for Norwich in the beginning of the season until Injury stopped his progress. At 24, he still has his best years ahead of him and with 5 International caps For Netherlands to account for him, he at least warrants a look in from the big clubs. Fer has one problem though, he has been diagnosed by the "Demba Ba knees' syndrome which affected his transfer to Everton before Norwich snooped in. While i feel he is not good enough to be a Chelsea starter, but he could be considered as a back up plan if we fail to sign anyone in the position and if Mikel is allowed to leave.
As is the case with Fer, Chelsea could also look at Martin Olsson as a cheap back up plan if we fail to get any of our preferred targets. He is a regular Swedish International and has been a regular in PL since 2008 (Apart from one season with Blackburn in championship). But i feel we already have a better player in Bertrand hence i wouldn't look into this much.
This post was more to do with the players that belong to stay in the Premiere League rather than someone who Chelsea should be interested in since the frankly the relegated talent is simply not good enough for this season.
Any other players you consider that deserve to stay in PL?
