Why Demba Ba might be primed for a great end of the season

MY FIRST POST!! Woooo ;) Any constructive criticism would be much appreciated, also bear in mind I live in Australia, if any info I have is a bit off, please forgive me.

A lot of people, myself included, love Demba Ba. But it's pretty clear, especially this season, that it just hasn't happened for him at Chelsea. That is, until recently...

For what ever reason until his game against Swansea Ba hadn't had a start for four months. I'm a strong believer in Mourinho and his "specialness", so I'm not going to question it and assume there is some sort of reason for that. But now that Ba has found some much needed belief and confidence (and equally, Mourinho has found belief in Ba) thanks to scoring an orgasmic winner against PSG, Ba might just have a spectacular end to the season. Here's why..

What's been our problem all season? That's right, FINISHING CHANCES. But it's not just that, it's finishing under pressure, more specifically, under pressure from lower table teams with compact, organised defences that aren't afraid to park the bus. All season we haven't had an answer to these teams due to the lack of an outstanding striker. Now, am I saying Demba Ba is that striker? Hell no (with all respect to him as a player), he's not that good. But he does, however, possess attributes that could really help us in the next few games. We still have Sunderland, Norwich and Cardiff to play, these teams might all fall into the category of teams described above. We need someone strong, someone who's not afraid to muscle off defenders and create space, someone who's willing to put everything on the line, someone who can be our answer when our finally somewhat attractive, but weak and fragile style of football just isn't working, step up Demba Ba. If he doesn't, there's no guarantee we won't let the title slip even further away.

Get the Strawberry Syrup ready, this man might just be ready to earn some.
