If you've been keeping up with Patrick Bamford's loan spell at Derby County (and why wouldn't you have?) you'll know that the 20-year-old striker is, as they say in the business, an unstoppable god of goalscoring vengeance. Bamford now has four goals in five appearances, some of them absolute doozies -- it's probably safe to say that the Rams are happy that they've picked him up on loan.
But spare a thought for the poor MK Dons, who had their star striker and leading scorer wrested away from them by mean ol' Chelsea:
It’s three games without a goal now and we need to go and find a striker, it’s as simple as that. We need to find one and bring him in quick... in all this time that we’ve not scored, Patrick Bamford has scored four for Derby, so it shows you what you’re missing.

It's always nice when one of your loanees gets this much attention from present and former teams. You want your prospects to be missed when they're gone, and it sounds as though the Dons really, really miss Bamford. If he keeps up this scoring rate, Derby will be missing him next season too.
