I know it's too early and they say you can never judge a team from their pre-season form as per-season is only meant for 'fitness'. We've won all 5 and we're still with 0 points. But Manchester United could be in danger of going 9 points behind our Mourinho led Chelsea by the time our match between them has taken place on the 26th of August.
United's pre-season form has been miserable and add to that the on going Wayne Rooney saga, I could see them losing their opening fixture against the Swans, who have been excellent in their own pre-season preparation. We on the other hand look favourites to take all 3 points from our opening two fixtures against Hull City and Aston Villa which could mean that we take a six point lead over United when we meet them provided the above result does happen. And I can't see Mourinho's Chelsea losing to a David Moyes' United. The least we'll end up is with a point away from home which is pretty decent but I still see Chelsea taking all 3 points against United. So 9 points after just one week into the League and looking at United's opening five fixtures in the League that gap could further increase. Moyes has definitely walked into the hardest job now. Imagine losing your title in just the second month of the season. Ouch!
Well good luck Mr. Moyes and to your United team. And well as for Mourinho, he's played his card well by unsettling United and no wonder Chelsea look so calm over the whole Rooney transfer. KTBFFH!!!!
