Jeffrey Bruma's transfer to PSV Eindhoven had been put in some jeopardy by the revelation that the young defender has a heart condition, but after a few weeks of testing all parties seem happy enough, and the deal has now officially gone through:

It's interesting how this story went from Chelsea supporters worrying about a buyback to being seriously concerned with a young man's health -- fortunately everything seems to have ended happily. The Blues will rake in about £3 million from the transfer, and although I don't know the exact buyback figure it's definitely in there. No Nemanja Matic situation this time.
Good luck to Bruma in Holland. Even if he doesn't develop to the level that would necessitate Chelsea re-acquiring him, he's still a very good young player, and I think we can expect a long career at the top level from him.
