WAGNH - SSS - One for Now and Then

I'll Try and Keep this brief.. well to an extent.. if you have a reading phobia, fear of words, lack concentration to read through all these long winded SSS, I suggest Skipping to the bottom and you can work your way up!

Here we go,

Asked to advise incoming manager Jose Mourinho on the Chelsea team for 2013-2014, Here is the Report I forwarded to the Boss.

Contracted Players for 2012-2013, not going anywhere:

Petr Cech

Jamal Blackman

Cesar Azpilicueta

Branislav Ivanovic

John Terry

Gary Cahill

Ashley Cole

Ryan Bertrand

David Luiz

Frank Lampard

Oriol Romeu

Eden Hazard

Juan Mata

Demba Ba

Players to Release:

Hilario, Turnbull (Retain his son in the academy), Benayoun, Malouda, & Paulo Ferreira (Offered Coaching position)

Now let me try and Summarise the players being signed and the players being loaned out for the season, in order of defence to attack.

Thibaut Courtois - LOAN to Atletico Madrid, Cech is getting back to his consistent best since his injury and is remarkably improving, he is still quite young for a Goalkeeper, should actually have atleast 5 years of top class keeping left in him, Atleast. However I would Like to see Thibaut in the Blue of Chelsea before that, for now, Best move is to continue where he is, and this loan can also help facilitate a transfer, more on that later.

Robert Green - 2mil - Capable Understudy for Cech, not too young, not too expensive, capable to sit on the bench, participate in practice and fill in the occasional Cup game and minor injuries that inevitably present themselves, main reason hes my choice is that he is a talented Englishman. (Give the lad some medals to end his career)

Matej Delac, Sam Walker - LOAN, Not capable at Chelsea, give them a last chance. Blackman is First Choice Youth Keeper.

Kyriakos Papadoupolous - 15mil - Young Greek International, Solid in Defence, Excellent work rate, positioning off the ball and doesnt let a man get past him, Still improving and at Chelsea can definitely become a world class CB, hes almost there Already, with the players he will have around him, one of the Best in the premier league in the future.

Mamadou Sakho - 13mil - As with Papadoupolous, these are 2 reasonably cheap CBs, Young and with a world of potential, but with proven credentials already, Sakho can be one for the future, possibly starting in the latter part of the season, Depth in all areas is what is required to win titles.

Patrick Van Aanholt - SELL - 2.5mil - He once was touted as being Geo's Replacement for the Netherlands, and had high hopes at Chelsea, Key word here is Had, Not going to be improving, now is the time to sell.

Jeffrey Bruma - SELL - 3mil - See PVA, minus the Geo Comment. Not good enough, not getting any younger.

Luke Shaw - 8mil + Clauses (1st international appearance, League games etc. 2mil) - LOAN - Loan him back to Southampton as part of the Deal, Eventual successor to Ashley Cole, in all respects, Bertrand can stay for 1 more season Whilst Shaw is away, valuable first team experience for the lad.

Tomas Kalas - LOAN - Valuable first team Experience, Preferably to Schalke, possibly used as a bartering tool for Papadoupolous, Ask to play CB this season. (Future Sale)

Omeruo - LOAN - Send to a top Challenging Championship Team, experience in England, and confidence building with a team that wont be losing week in week out like a lower level Premier League team.

Sam Hutchinson - LOAN - Great Story, good role model, Loan to any championship team, Moral Addition.

Nathaniel Chalobah - LOAN - Not yet Good enough for Chelsea and better served on loan at a newly promoted Premier League team, valuable experience.

Wallace - LOAN - The Young Brazilian Should take Kalas's place in Vitesse's Squad.

Michael Essien - SELL - 7mil - Great player before he had his spell of injuries, unfortunately that did push him out of the squad, sell him whilst hes worth it.

John Obi Mikel - SELL - 18mil - Good player, but extremely one dimensional in his time here, Slow, only short passes, but good tackling, strength, in the air battles, etc. SHould still be worth that fee to someone, Whats PSG & Monaco's #?

Josh McEachran - LOAN - Top Championship Team (Watford Preferably)

Nathan Ake - LOAN - Low Standing Premier League Team (promoted), hes played games here and there, if he goes to the championship, it would be backwards, and a low standing team constantly defending can improve his abilities.

Gael Kakuta - SELL - 3mil - Time to cut our losses.

Thorgan Hazard - LOAN - Malaga, in there current financial state, any class players they can get will be excellent, Edens Younger Brother can show his brilliance on a bigger stage and continue improving. Should get lots of games at a higher level (One for the Future)

Lucas Piazon - LOAN - Malaga, As with Thorgan, hes already there, might as well stay another season, loaning our young stars to Malaga can also improve our image in Spain, Although, Mata & Co do that quite well already.

Andreas Christensen & Ruben Loftus-Cheek - LOAN - Watford, Help Zola Bring Watford up, and he will help turn them into Premier League Players, not quite enough experience for Premier League, Hence the loan.

1 of the 3 big Questions in these Posts: Kevin De Bruyne

LOAN - Bayer Leverkusen, to facilitate 2 transfers that will ultimately benefit the team in the long run, he is young, the different style of play from Werder will only make him more diverse, (One for the Future)

Andre Schurrle - 23mil - Provides a different dimension to the team, comparisons with Gareth Bale, now Im not saying he is as good, we wouldnt be paying that little if he was, but hes got a lot of ability and he can improve, One does not simply get 23 caps for Germany by being rubbish, can provide Pace, Long shots, terrorise off the ball, and can also be an impact sub if need be.

& the Other transfer

Lars Bender - 17mil - If that is his reported release fee, Id be more at ease letting De Bruyne go on loan in the opposite Direction. For you who do not know who this is, You'd have seen him score against Ecuador for Germany yesterday, hes a solid defensive midfielder, with a range of passing, capability of long shots, good in the air, excellent work rate, must buy.

Victor Moses - SELL - 10mil - Was OK, but lost his confidence in the dribble as the season went on, Jose wont be standing for his style of dribbling as well, make some money for someone we can use.

Marko Marin - SELL - 7mil - Unfortunate Season, really hope he gets his career back on track, was considering a loan but with so many players on my books already, best to say 'Alwiedersehen Herr Marin', still held in high regard in Germany.

Fernando Torres - SELL - 12mil - I reckon we would only get 10-12mil out of it if we can sell him for 15-18mil, as we will have to cover his HUGE wage bill because no-one will be willing to pay him those wages, not even the big shots in France, best to cut our losses.

Marco Van Ginkel - 10mil - Much has been said about the Dutch Youth Player of the Year, simply put, he will provide good options in Midfield, versatile and capable wherever he plays, across midfield, next to the anchor, more advanced, can mature well in a CM role.

Arda Turan - 20mil - For those of you paying attention, that transfer I alluded to during the Thibaut Loan, this is it, Excellent on the ball, passing, can play in CM, AM, and out wide, good crosser, and excellent cover for when Hazard & Mata need a breather, you might think that 20mil is much for a largely rotation player, but he can provide cover for most attacking positions and value in depth, will get good game time.

2 of the big 3 Question in these Posts: Romelu Lukaku

LOAN - Borussia Dortmund, With Lewandowski almost definitely leaving, we can build a positive relationship with Dortmund to fill there Lukaku sized hole up front, Jurgen Klopp is the best manager at using youth, and with Dortmund preferring to nurture young talent rather than spend big on 'ready made', Lukaku fits the bill all round, He has some rough edges to clear out and Klopp is the perfect man to do that, as well as the CHampions league experience and challenging for Domestic titles. (One for the NEAR future)

the Last of the 3 big questions: Striker.

Burak Yilmaz - 25mil - Not quite the Falcao, Lewandowski or Cavani Rumours from a few weeks back, but definitely one of the best goal scoring machines out there currently, and thats what we need, with 30+ goals in the last 2 seasons and 8 in UEFA this season, at a reasonable fee, compared to the insane amounts of the others, he has Pace, Off the ball abilities, and has a neat ability to move the ball from his foot to the back of the net.

I have 4 more transfers, for the future, Bought and Loaned out immediately:

Oliver Torres - 5mil - Ability to pass the ball like a true magician in midfield, Can bring honour back to the Torres Name at Chelsea, Should continue his development at Atletico Madrid.

Adem Maher - 10mil - Dutch Playmaker, good on the ball, intelligent passing, could do with more experience.

Alen Halilovic - 5mil - Croatian Star for the future, Dinamo Young ace, another excellent play maker, at 17, can develop into a world class player, farely soon. Maher & Halilovic LOAN to Dortmund, Youth experience, etc.

Lastly, Viktor Fischer - 7mil - The Dane is another play maker, more versatile however that he can play out wide and up front, one for the future, but has shown with 10 goals for Ajax in the Eredivisie, that he is capable of being world-class. LOAN back to Ajax immediately, he himself has said he is happy staying there for the foreseeable future, why not just buy him in advance and save on a huge transfer fee later on down the line.

That Covers the transfers, we are left like this:

Cech, Green, Blackman

Azpilicueta, Ivanovic, Terry, Cahill, Sakho, Papadoupolous, Cole, Luiz

Lampard, Bender, Ramires, Van Ginkel, Romeu, Oscar, E. Hazard, Mata, Arda Turan

Yilmaz, Ba, Schurrle

On Loan We Have:

Courtois, Kalas, Omeruo, Hutchinson, Chalobah, Wallace, Ake, Shaw, McEachran, T.Hazard, De Bruyne, Lukaku Christensen, Loftus-Cheek, Piazon, Oliver Torres, Maher, Halilovic, Fischer.

First Team: (4-3-3)

Azpi(Iva) - Papadoupolous(Sakho) - Terry(Cahill) - Cole

Ramires[BBM] - Oscar [CM] - Bender [DM]

Mata [IF] - Yilmaz - Hazard [IF]

(Mata with a more loose Role, Ramires providing Cover)

Some players I havent had a word on,

Romeu, is a better player on the ball than Mikel and is quicker, still young, will get better.

Oscar, Can play behind the 3 up front, providing them with the ball, Bender in Mid, should provide an easy passing route.

Bertrand will be sold once Shaw is back from the loan, he is simply cover, there arent enough Fullbacks available for a reasonable fee these days.

Demba Ba has stamina and work rate, can also get goals, good cover, Lukaku is Back from his loan, then He can also be sold, but currently it works out better this way.

David Luiz, ahhhh, Luiz Luiz Luiz, Personally I would have him with Terry for Terrys Organisation and Leadership, Luiz needs the positioning sense of Terry, but JT is abit slow off the mark currently, Luiz can however make a good partnership with Sakho, the following season, RIght now though, Midfield it is.

The Transfer Budget, Had 100mil to spend, I sold Players to the value of 62.5mil for those with your calculators, and I spent a Total of 160mil, 2.5mil Left incase we need to get a back up, back up goalkeeper. I spent basically the Entire Budget as saving 50mil could be seen as an excuse if we do have a meltdown, and I will not tolerate excuses, this is a team that can win the Premier League and Challenge for UEFA, Definitely. Getting Better & Better, all for under a million pounds.

Furthermore, Players on Loan, should be given some form of English language teaching to help them adapt to England when they come home. I am not reffering to those that are fluent already. & the players on loan without a loan fee, should be eligible for a recall in January, Contingency Plan.

Would also like to add that I considered Cavani, Rooney, Fellaini, Strootman, Benat, Modric, Isco, Thiago, Gomez, Villa, Etc, Etc. But I found my way of spending the money to be more Viable & Beneficial in the current & Long Term.

All the above was in My Own Opinion, please take note, The fees are what is reported as there value and I have taken into consideration whether they are relatively worth that.

Let me know what you think.

There May be a few typos here and there due to the fact that I am not actually employed by Chelsea as of yet and I dont quite have a proof reader.

Side note, Looking forward to Jose's First Press Conference, and Many many Trophies to Stamford Bridge for now and the future.
