WAGNH Summer Shopping Spree- Elite stop-gaps could do the trick!

To asure that the next season wont be as silly as the current under the Interim One, uncle Roman prepared me with a 100 million transfer war chest for squad improvement. So with that immense budget and a squad as strong as ours, a few transfers could help us to get back at the top of the premier league. With our current youth policy and loan system, and the plenthora of worldclass talents, just one or two loans away from starting XI caliber, i will try not to hinder their development with my transfers.

Courtois: Courtois should gain more experience at Athletico with some Champions League football. His latest quotes indicate that he knows of his future role at Chelsea and has not thought of leaving permanantly. At the moment Saint Peter is just to good to be thrown out of the starting XI.

Lucas Piazon: I would loan Piazon back to Malaga as i dont think that he would see many minutes at Chelsea.

Nathaniel Chalobah: If Watford get promoted we should give Nate back to our favourite Italian magician at Watford where he can polish his skills and would return as a much better player.

Thorgan Hazard: Thorgan seems very promising and i think a loan to Anderlecht would be the best for him(and us).

Wallace: Wallace should be loaned out to a team of Europes top 5 leagues to gain experience.

Romelu Lukaku: Lukaku himself is eying another loan and so do I. As much as i would like him at the Bridge next year, i think another loan would be better for his development.

Lewis Baker,Kenneth Omeruo,Ruben Loftus-Cheek,Andreas Christensen should be loaned out to Championship teams (or Watford).

I just concentrated on our most promising loanees and young players, resp. the ones i know something about.

Marko Marin: "The German Messi"(lol) was just bought because Leverkusen did'nt let Andre Schürrle go but,as we all saw, he should'nt be anywhere around Chelsea. 5m

Jeffrey Bruma: Just not Chelsea quality. 4m

Gary Cahill: Gary Cahill might be good enough to start for Premier league teams that are'nt in the top 4 but i think Chelsea has got other standards. With another CB coming in* i think JT and BranaBear are enough depth.

Gael Kakuta: Kakuta just has'nt been worth the trouble of purchasing him and should move on. 4m

Michael Essien: It's very sad but he just is'nt the old Bison anymore. With Chalobah one or two loans away from a first team spot and another DM coming in* i just can't see him and his enormous wages at Chelsea. 8m

Demba Ba: After arriving and a very promising debut Demba Ba became another victim of Chelseas striker curse and Torresed sitter after sitter. Torres at least showed some sort of form at the end of the season and i just want to know if Mourinho might be able to get at least a part of his old class back. I dont think Ba will become Chelsea quality and would prefer to rely on another incoming striker* and Torres until LUKAKU is ready. 15m

PvA: With Bertrand looking very solid in his games under FSW and the arrival of a promising young LB* i just dont see PvA breaking into the first team. 4m

*look at Aquisitions

That leaves me with a complete transfer budget of 140 million pounds.

At the moment Chelsea has an enourmous amount of promising youngsters on loan. That leaves the problem that while there are definitely some glaring wholes wich must be filled with preferably elite or worldclass players, I dont want them to hinder the development of our loanees like LUKAKU or Chalobah. Therefore i will use the transfer window to buy a mixture of young players and elite stop-gap players who would do a great job for 2-3 years untl the youngsters are ready to start every game. In three years LUKAKU will only be 23!!!

Luke Shaw: With Ashley getting older and older we should look after a longterm replacement with world-class potential. Luke Shaw is the perfect fit.Young, already solid, boyhood Chelsea fan. Loan him back to Southhampton for another year. 10m

Kyriakos Papadopoulos: The greek centre-back is in my opinion one of the brightest CB-prospects. Varane and Marquinhos are two other worldclass options, but there's no chance that Real would let him go. I furthermore prefer him over Marquinhos as he'd be cheaper and also offers more experience as he played a vital role in Schalkes 2010/11 Champions League campaign in which they reached the semifinal and is still the youngest player to start in the greek league at the age of 15. 17m

Daniele de Rossi: As reports suggest de Rossi will leave Roma this summer and be available for only 10 million pounds. With the departure of Essien only Mikel and Romeu could fill the DM-spot with Mikel leaving again for AFCON and Romeu has'nt been able to show how good he really is. Therefore the addition of a world-class DM who would'nt hinder the development of Chalobah und provides world-class displays until the youth is ready would be great.

Ilkay Gundogan: With the new style of football Roman and Emenalo want to deploy, there's definitely the need for a DLP to link the defense with our hobbits and dictate the tempo of play.Ilkay Gundogan does both-very well. The Chelsea of the past had no need for a DLP as the midfield was filled with the powerhouses Ballack,Lampard and Essien all in their prime, but now our style of play has changed. With Borussia Dortmund interested in Kevin de Bruyne we should make use of it and offer a cash plus player swap to fill the glaring CM-hole. 10m+Kevin de Bruyne Heung-Min Son: Heung-Min Son is a very nice alternative to Andre Schürrle and as Leverkusen wont get Kevin de Bruyne the Andre Schürrle deal seems highly unlikely. Son's style of play is almost similar to Schürrles, as he's a winger/striker hybrid with a more direct style of play than Mazacar and should add quality depth to the Chelsea squad. 12m.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic: Many of you may think that this deal is highly unlikely and to expensive but Ibrakadabra is exactly what Chelsea need upfront. With his 31 years of age he wouldnt hinder LUKAKU's development at all despite offering world-class performances while playing for Chelsea. He offers everything you need upfront and who could replace Le Drogs better than a man of Ibrahimovics caliber. His latest quotes suggest that he might leave PSG if Ancelotti goes to Real Madrid so the transfer looks feasible. Du to his high wages-+5m. 25m

Total amount spent:89m

For this amount of added quality a loss of 49 million pounds should be a bargain

Squad Depth:

GK: Cech (Delac)

RB: Azpilicueta/Ivanovic/(Bertrand)

CB: Luiz//Papadopoulus/Terry/(Depth:Ivanovic)

Midfield: De Rossi/Mikel/Gundogan/Ramires/Lampard/Romeu

Attacking band: Mata/Hazard/Moses/Oscar/Son/(Depth:Ramires)

Forward: Ibrahimovic/Torres/(Depth:Son)

This should be a squad able to win the premier league again.
