Did anybody else notice that we could field an entirely workable starting 11 (when everyone is fit) with players from only three nations?
Azpilicueta (Spain), Cahill (England), Terry (England), Cole (England)
Luiz (Brazil), Lampard (England)
Ramires (Brazil), Oscar (Brazil), Mata (Spain)
And we could still afford to make three substitutions and still stay within the three nationalities:
Bertrand (England) for Cole
Romeu (Spain) for Luiz
Piazon (Brazil) for Ramires
That's an entire 14 players (starting 11 + 3 substitutions), which is the maximum number of players a team could field in a match, made up of only three nationalities (English, Spanish, Brazillian). And without the need to draft in any youth team players to fill in for the sake of staying within the amount of nationalities (In other words, looking a little desperate).
Bet not many top English teams could do this?
