I have a feeling Chelsea will transform into a more fluent attacking team by the second half of the season. It will take a little work to get all the signings to perform in sync with each other but they are showing great ambition as they now sit at #1 on the Premier League table, 2 points clear of Swansea.

The diagram above is a representation of the starting 11 that Chelsea may evolve into, since the transfer market has come to an end, I believe Chelsea were able to pick up some great talent and offload the dead weight, making room for wages of the players.
Marko Marin can also work the left wing and come on for Mata
Cesar Azpilicueta is available to replace Ivanovic, should he get a couple of red cards this season.
Gary Cahill is a great backup for Terry or Luiz
Ryan Bertrand can replace Cole at left back, he is also great as a conservative left winger, as he has showed in the Champion's League final.
Frank Lampard will most likely spend more time on the sidelines than on the pitch as the season progresses, don't expect him to appear in every fixture, he is 34 after all.
Daniel Sturridge will more than likely be on the bench as he no longer needed on the right wing, and I don't expect him to taking over the striker role of Fernando Torres, as the Spaniard has been in exceptional form over the last 5 months with club and country.
Ramires will have a tough time fighting for his spot in the abundant Chelsea midfield.
