Three days after the transfer window closes in England and we're still talking about transfers all the time Will this madness never end? No? Alright then. Here's the latest on Radamel Falcao, and it's super-late because I was asleep for much of it:
I don’t want to talk about any pre-agreements. I spoke to Falcao very briefly yesterday. The minimum release clause in his contract with Atletico Madrid is about 55million Euros, but Falcao doesn’t want to talk figures.
Yes, it’s very likely [that Falcao will be playing in the Premier League after January].

Also in that article, quotes about how the three clubs currently interested are Manchester City, a 'Russian club' (presumably Zenit St. Petersburg, who are throwing around a loooot of money right now) and Chelsea, as well as a lot of fluff about the Blues being Falcao's favourite squad in childhood. There's nothing concrete in this or any of the other rumours floating around about a possible Janaury transfer, but with Zenit apparently spending big on Hulk and City already stacked at centre forward, this all seems very, very promising. Assuming you want it to happen.
