For the Porto game I sat in the Shed Upper. For the Valencia game I will sitting in the Upper Tier of the Matthew Harding Stand and by doing so I would have completed the 'tour' of all the areas that Stamford Bridge has provided for a spectator - a common spectator that is.
There are areas of the ground that I will NEVER visit and those areas are the corporate areas, but hats off to the corporate supporter (you know the ones - the ones that don't sing) because they will be subsidising my season ticket for season 2007/2008. Cheers you money men...
Anyway.. back to the game. Chelsea will be providing the flags again and I really want the Dark Blue one this time instead of the Blue and White chequered flag. I think I have about EIGHT of them now!!
Del Horno is expected to play for Valencia... after being kicked out by Chelsea and after his comments in the press this morning has probably made a rod off his own back. Well being Spanish he won't understand English and thats why he was so crap for his one year at Chelsea!!!
Essien is definitely out and there is still a doubt about Joe Cole. As for the rest of the Chelsea squad, the squad is pretty much at full strength.
Last Sunday morning (April 1st) as a taster for tomorrow night's action the two supporter clubs of Chelsea and Valencia played a friendly against each other, in conditions from the Saturday night hangover, and in the spirit of tomorrow night's occasion you are going to have to click here, to find out the result and read the full report.
